Returns policy
I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied I will refund your money on return of the undamaged item.
Methods of payment
I use Paypal to process online payments. Or I accept cheques or money orders.
To purchase online you do not have to have a Paypal account. You can pay using any major credit card or your Paypal account. You will be transfered to the secure Paypal website during payment.
If you prefer to pay with a cheque or money order then please contact me. Tell me which doll you wish to purchase. I will reserve the doll for you and give you my postal address for payment.
Currency
You can select to view prices in one of five currencies: American Dollar (USD), Australian Dollar (AUD), Euro (EUR), Sterling (GBP) or Japanese Yen (JPY). However, you can pay in almost any currency.
Postage and packaging
Each unique doll comes in her own handy presentation bag which can be used tied and hung for storage or open for display.
I ship to anywhere in the world. The dolls are despatched from London, England. For deliveries to the UK I use Next Day Special Delivery, so your doll will arrive the next day before 1pm. International orders are sent using Airsure which can take 4-5 days depending where you are in the world.
